The Insurance Corporation of the Channel Islands has appointed Sarah Beatty as its new Managing Director.
Ms Beatty brings nearly 21 years of experience with ICCI, having spent the last decade in a range of senior positions – most recently as Commercial Director.
The firm says she is well known across the Channel Islands insurance community and is “passionate about developing people, supporting local initiatives and driving forward the company’s customer-first strategy”.
ICCI says the leadership transition marks a new chapter for the company as it prepares to operate under the Intact Insurance brand – the parent company behind ICCI.
The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
ICCI chair Paul Masterton said: “We are absolutely delighted to appoint Sarah as our new Managing Director.
“Her deep understanding of our business, her commitment to our customers and community, and her proven leadership make her the ideal person to lead ICCI into its next chapter as part of Intact Insurance.”
Ms Beatty will succeed outgoing Managing Director Mark Marshall, who will continue to support the business during the transition.
Mr Marshall said: “It’s been a privilege to work alongside Sarah over the past 6 years, and I’m thrilled to see her step into this role.
“This appointment is also a testament to the strength of our succession planning and the depth of talent within ICCI.
