‘The Hive’ is a sociable online platform, similar to Facebook, which links all employees across Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa and the L’Horizon Beach Hotel with others in Hand Picked Hotels locations across the UK.
The platform offers tools, guidance, videos, recipes and support for staff to help them improve their overall wellbeing with the content broken down into four areas: ‘Move’, ‘Munch’, ‘Money’ and ‘Mind’.

It was designed in order to help team members look after their physical, financial and emotional health, with tips on how to become more active, eat healthier, manage money better and alleviate stress.
The Hive, which can be accessed at any time, on any device also gives staff the chance to save up to £1,000 a year with discounts in store and online.
