Technology and marketing consultancy Webreality has announced a “new phase of growth” with five newly created roles and the launch of a refreshed brand.
The new roles expand Webreality’s capabilities in strategic advisory services, creative design, software engineering and digital marketing.
The firm says this will ensure it is “well-positioned” to support clients navigating digital transformation, new technologies, automation and AI.
Pete Foster, Client Strategy Director, is now a board member and will lead client strategy advisory services and innovation through Webreality Labs.
Chris Mousdale, now Head of Creative Services, returns to Webreality to oversee the creative team.
Sam MacKelden has been appointed Senior Client Manager, bringing strong media and agency experience to support client relationships and delivery.
Harrison Smith joins as a Full Stack Software Engineer to strengthen development, security and infrastructure capabilities.
Ollie Chambers becomes a Digital Marketing Executive, supporting client campaigns with his expertise in digital marketing design and production.

Webreality has also unveiled a new brand that signals “clarity, confidence and ambition” while “staying true to the values that have defined the business since its launch”.
The firm said the rebrand had been shaped by client and team feedback that included “part of our team, open, jargon-free and focused on results” and “fast-moving, supportive and fun”.
“Our recruiting success in 2025 has shown that the Webreality brand attracts the very best digital talent in Jersey,” said Chief Executive Matthew Robins.
“I’m very pleased to welcome three brilliant new faces in Sam, Harrison and Ollie, hold the door open for the return of our great friend, Chris Mousdale and celebrate the appointment of the stellar Pete Foster to our board.
“We head into the future an even stronger team, energised by the opportunities of bringing new technologies to our fantastic clients.”
