Mr Grenyer is an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and has over 25 years experience in the international financial services sector. Mr Gosse arrives at the role having worked in the corporate and fund administration industry for over 20 years. He has an extensive background working with international clients mainly in the corporate and private equity sector.

These appointments bring the headcount at Ogier Global’s fund administration team up to 60 people, marking a 20% expansion in the last year.

Ogier Global has also received its CSSF Fund licence in Luxembourg and CBI Fund licence in Ireland in the last two years.

Head of Fund Administration, Jeff Pamplin, said: “We are delighted to welcome Mark and Michaël to our European Fund Administration teams.

“They bring a wealth of international and local fund expertise, and their breadth of industry knowledge will be instrumental in leading our rapidly growing teams.”
