Ogier has been named Offshore Law Firm of the Year for 2025 by legal research company Chambers Europe.

The awards, which are based on research for the Chambers Europe Guide 2025, recognise Europe’s top law firms and lawyers across practice areas.

Ogier was praised by its clients, who “appreciated its lawyers’ pragmatism, efficiency and expertise on emerging topics like cryptocurrency”.

Chambers Europe shared that one client said: “Apart from being smart and internationally well-versed lawyers, the teams at Ogier are extraordinarily responsive, structured and hard working.”

This award follows a year of “big deals” for the firm that includes Arcade Lithium’s US$6.7bn buyout by Rio Tinto and Warburg Pincus’s acquisition of a 25% stake in the Aztec Group, valuing it at £2.4bn.

Ogier was also named Best Offshore Law Firm at the 2025 Wealthbriefing European Awards.

The ceremony took place in Madrid, Spain.

Partners Rebecca McNulty and Simon Davies attended and collected the award.
