A partner at Walkers is among the ‘Fintech Titans’ featured in a legal industry magazine recognising lawyers who are helping to shape the future of financial technology.
Dilmun Leach is the only Jersey-based lawyer included in this year’s Fintech Power List by Law UK magazine, which highlights practitioners from private practice and in-house legal teams whose work is influencing the development of fintech, digital assets, payments and broader financial innovation.
Mr Leach, who joined Walkers in 2020, leads the firm’s Jersey fintech practice and works with colleagues across corporate, finance, investment funds and regulatory teams.
He was recognised in Law UK magazine’s list for helping to shape the growth of Jersey’s digital assets ecosystem and his work advising fintech businesses, financial institutions, asset managers and other market participants on complex corporate, financing and regulatory matters.
Walkers stated that Mr Leach “has played a key role in establishing both Jersey’s and Walkers’ fintech and digital assets offering, working closely with the JFSC, government, and the newly formed Digital Assets Innovation Council”.
