Advocate Marshall from Ogier’s Jersey property law team, was awarded the Law of Contract prize jointly with Advocate Simon Thomas of Baker and Partners, and was also awarded the Company Law prize.
Associate Amy Galley won the Law of Security Interests and Bankruptcy prize as well as the Testate and Intestate Succession prize. She first worked for Ogier in 2006 as a bursary student and commenced her training as an English solicitor in December 2009 in the Business and Trust Law Group in Jersey.
