The result was announced at The Best Employer in Hospitality Awards ceremony, held in London last week.
The awards are based on feedback from staff. To be considered, employees must complete an anonymous survey which is then analysed externally. Key feedback for Rezidor included:
- Overall employee engagement score of 85%
- 93% of employees care about the future of our company
- 91% of team members feel that working for Rezidor makes them do the best they can
- 87% of our staff members are proud to work for Rezidor

Rezidor scooped top prize in the large group hotel employer category, beating off tough competition from other hotel groups including Q Hotels. This is the second time the group has taken the prestigious award, having also accepted the honour in 2011, beating Hilton Worldwide and Macdonald Hotels in the process.
