Private client, fund administration and corporate services provider Oak Group has announced several new appointments.

Hannah Maden-Adams has joined as M&A Communications Manager on a six-month contract. Based in Jersey, Ms Maden-Adams has over 18 years’ experience in communications and change management, having held senior roles with the Government of Jersey, Bailiff’s Chambers and States Assembly.

The firm said her role will focus on “aligning messaging across the business, setting high communication standards and ensuring clarity and consistency in how Oak tells its transformation story under Project Overture”.

Oak has also expanded its Transformation team in Jersey. Jake Willis and Luke Kellett joined as Programme Managers, Katie Dix as Senior Programme Manager, Jemima Houze as Business Analyst and Michael Raphael as Data Analyst.

The firm said the new hires will play a central role in delivering “key change initiatives” across Oak’s operations.

Elsewhere, Wesley Nell has joined the Technology team as Technology Solutions Manager in Jersey, and Raginee Sooklall as Data Engineer and Fabrice Reine de Carthage as Service Desk Analyst – both based in Mauritius.

“Project Overture is our blueprint for transformation, and it’s brought into focus by the people we bring along on the journey,” said Anna Sauvarin, Chief People Officer at Oak.

“Every one of these new joiners brings skills, experience, and energy that align with our ambition to build a world-class financial services group. From communications to transformation delivery and technology, these appointments reflect the strength of the leadership team that’s shaping Oak’s future.

“It’s exciting to see such talent joining us at a time of real momentum,” she added.
