If approved by competition regulator CICRA, the deal would also see Randalls acquire The Farm House in St. John.
The move would bring their total outlets to 49.

Randalls’ Managing Director Gavin Reid said that their plans constituted a “wonderful opportunity for Randalls to further strengthen our estate with two iconic venues and subsequently offer our numerous Randalls Loyalty Card holders improved diversity when looking to redeem or be rewarded with Loyalty points.”
“Both outlets have their own unique identity and we will be looking to further enhance The Boat House with an immediate refurbishment programme to the Upper Deck restaurant to offer an improved level of dining befitting to its beautiful location and wonderful views,” he added.
If CICRA gives approval to the acquisition, the deal should be concluded around Easter this year.
