Kim Royle has joined Romerils’ board of directors, making her the first female director at the firm in its 75-year history.

Ms Royle has been promoted to HR Director, having previously held the role of Head of People Services. She joined the retailers and builders’ merchants in 2016 as MR Manager.

After completing her education in Jersey, Ms Royle completed an undergraduate degree at Cardiff University. She then earned an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Brighton.

In 2024, Ms Royle obtained the Insitute of Directors’ Certificate in Company Direction. She recently become Chair of the Sponsorship Sub Commitee of the IOD Jersey branch.
