Michael Riley has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services and M&A sectors, with a focus on private client, corporate and alternative fund administration.
He has also held senior roles within the Financial Services M&A teams of a ‘Big Four’ accountancy firm, as well as global investment banks, where he provided advice to mid–market and large global clients.
