Titan Wealth has made two new additions to its financial planning team after the wealth management company took on more work during what it described as “an exciting phase of growth”.
Lisa Davies joins the team as a wealth consultant, with over 25 years’ experience advising high-net-worth clients in the UK and internationally on investment strategy, pension transfers and consolidation and intergenerational planning.
She has a diploma from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, is a qualified pension transfer specialist, and holds the MCSI designation with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, as well as a certificate in behavioural finance and coaching.
Ms Davies described Titan Wealth as being in “an exciting phase of growth”.
“That really appealed to me because it creates the opportunity to contribute, not just to client outcomes, but also to how the business develops its services and proposition,” she said.
“Being part of a firm that is actively investing, acquiring and expanding its capabilities means there is room to bring ideas, shape processes and grow alongside the organisation.”

Additionally, Yasmin McDermott joins the team as a client support administrator and will be responsible for supporting clients by liaising closely with both them and colleagues from across the Jersey office.
She said that her background in customer service and operations had equipped her with “strong communication skills” and “a proactive approach to problem-solving”.
“I pride myself on being organised, responsive, and client-focused, and I am committed to delivering a high level of service and building positive, lasting relationships,’ she continued.
“I am particularly looking forward to expanding my knowledge within the wealth management industry and developing new skills in this role. I am motivated to embrace this learning curve and see it as a valuable chance to grow my skillset.”
Ms Davies and Ms McDermott are the first to join the financial planning team at Titan Wealth following its acquisition and rebrand of Advisa Wealth.
Managing director Kevin Boscher said: “The financial planning team joined us at Titan House earlier this year and we have already established a close working relationship so that we can provide clients with financial planning and investment advice.
“The increase in financial planning work meant we needed to grow the team and so Lisa’s experience, expertise and reputation will benefit our clients and help continue growing the business.”
