Independent private wealth and corporate services group Praxis has announced a set of senior promotions across its Channel Island offices.
In Jersey, Jake Le Brocq has been appointed Client Services Director in the Corporate and Funds team, where the firm says he has played a “key role in supporting the growth and development” of the group’s services – including its return to fund administration in April this year.
Mr Le Brocq joined Praxis 10 years ago and has expertise in working with commercial and residential real estate clients, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, distressed businesses and litigation funding.

Also in Jersey, James Harrison becomes an Associate Director in the Private Wealth team. He brings over 14 years’ experience supporting clients with cross-border multi-asset class structures.
In addition to delivering high-touch, personalised services, Mr Harrison also plays a key role in mentoring and developing his team, the firm adds.
In Guernsey, Tom Allison has been promoted to Associate Director. Mr Allison’s focus is on the provision of financial information for a significant family office client.

Mr Harrison and Mr Allison were also recently recognised in the 2025 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list.
Group CEO Rob Fearis said: “These appointments reflect the calibre of individuals within the business and our commitment to strengthening client service through long-term investment in our people.
“Congratulations to Jake, James and Tom and I wish them every success in their new roles.”
