Advocate Orchard successfully represented a client in the landmark and highly complicated case of A v B [2015]JRC262. This confirmed that the definition of ‘parent’ can extend beyond biological, adoptive and step-parent under the Children (Jersey) Law 2002. The case was appealed and he was again successful.
