Nominations are officially open for the Jersey branch of the Institute of Directors’ Director of the Year Awards 2026.

Each year, the prestigious awards showcase directors or aspiring leaders who demonstrate excellence in governance, strategic vision, and social responsibility.

“These awards are more than a celebration, they’re a call to recognise the leaders who are shaping a better future,” local IoD chair Alex Ruddy said.

“We encourage everyone to nominate directors or leaders who inspire, innovate, and lead with purpose.”

Applicants will be required to complete an online application with eight general criteria questions and one question specific to the category to provide judges with an in-depth understanding of their achievements.

Nominations close on Friday 19 December at 23:45, with winners to be announced at the awards on Friday 24 April 2026.
