We have also taken the opportunity to create new bar and restaurant menus as well as refresh the brand and imagery linking the hotel refurbishment to the history of rural Jersey and the hotel’s own past, which began in 1674 when the original farmhouse was built.”

The new menus are easy to find on the hotel’s website and have been designed by Head Chef Lukasz Pietrasz to showcase local produce from our unique island home.

For guests staying in the Hotel they will also be delighted with these changes and especially with the new bedroom décor schemes and amenities.”
