Wealth firm named 'ethical business'

Affinity Private Wealth has been awarded the Jersey Good Business Charter, which celebrates ethical achievements and encourages improvement in corporate citizenship.

The Good Business Council said it had been particularly impressed by the commitment of Affinity's leadership team to ensuring its business is values-led.

The group, which assesses local businesses based on five key areas - people, environment, community, suppliers and customers - commented that this passion was particularly evident in the way that Affinity related to its clients.

"We are delighted to have been awarded Charter status, by the Jersey Good Business Council," Affinity's co-founder, Russell Waite, commented.

"This is a valuable endorsement of the energy we have dedicated to building the culture and values which sit at the core of our business. We know these help define us and we are looking forward to interacting with similarly committed companies, sharing ideas and learning from the best practices this excellent local initiative is purposely a catalyst for."
