Ms Lilley's real estate experience covers investment, development and refurbishment of assets - including shopping centres, shopping parks, central London and regional offices-, retail portfolios, student accommodation, industrial and warehousing, mixed-use portfolios and residential development.

In addition to asset, portfolio and fund management roles at Land Securities and Schroders, she also has seven years’ experience managing offshore real estate structures (funds, limited partnerships, general partnerships, Jersey companies and SPVs) at director level.

Ben Thomason, Managing Director at ALC, said: “We are now regularly approached to advise on larger transactions, particularly in the real estate area. As a business built on our ability to provide optimal credit solutions for our clients, it is important for us to ensure we are best positioned to do that.
