The Alex Picot Trust has promoted longstanding team member Solange Rebours to the new role of Operations Manager.

Miss Rebours joined Alex Picot Trust in 2002 and now holds the dual role of Operations Manager and Senior Trust Officer.

Her increased responsibilities include: management information reporting; process improvement, organisation of workflows, internal communications and human resources, and the production of operating and compliance reports. She will also lead projects such as preparing for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) next year.

Andrew Le Cheminant, Director of Alex Picot Trust, said: “This new role is integral to the continued success of Alex Picot Trust and Solange has the experience, knowledge and skills to support us and ensure that our Director-lead approach can be maintained while we move forward to achieve our long-term business goals. As well as drawing on her solid trust experience, Solange demonstrates excellent leadership skills and professionalism and we’re delighted to have her involved at an operational level.”

Miss Rebours said of her appointment: “I am thrilled to move my career forward at Alex Picot Trust by taking on a more varied role within the business. I remain committed to prioritising my responsibilities to ensure that our clients’ needs come first, however, there are a number of areas where I can add some real value to the management team particularly the need to remain up to date with changes in the industry.”
