Ardent Chambers expands team

Ardent Chambers has expanded its team with a new commercial, trust and regulatory lawyer.

Advocate Michael Cushing has 30 years’ experience of commercial, corporate and trust litigation and advisory work in both Jersey and the UK and was formerly the Managing Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution in Appleby’s Jersey office.

The co-founding members of Ardent Chambers, Advocate Caroline Dutot and Advocate Howard Sharp QC also welcome the news of Michael’s appointment.

“Michael’s wealth of experience both locally and in the UK is impressive to say the least,” Ardent Chambers co-founder Advocate Caroline Dutot said, adding: “We are excited to have Michael join us and to be working with him to  take Ardent Chambers from strength to strength in 2021.”
