ArtHouse Jersey on the lookout for new Board trustees

Friday 13 December 2019

ArtHouse Jersey is looking to appoint two new independent trustees to join its Board in the coming months as it enters a pivotal stage in its five-year plan.

In line with the Government's strategic objectives, ArtHouse Jersey says it is aiming to deliver a 'world class' arts programme.

The organisation is looking for candidates with expertise in areas including brand management, public relations, fundraising as well as those with legal experience, particularly in relation to contracts.

Ideal candidates will have an enthusiasm for the arts and a desire to devote time and energy to expand the organisation’s fundraising capabilities, through personal and professional networks.

“We are at a particularly exciting moment in ArtHouse Jersey’s history," Philip Hewat-Jaboor, Chair of ArtHouse Jersey, said.

"The move to our new site at Greve de Lecq Barracks, a National Trust for Jersey property, has opened up a great deal of opportunities for us. We are a small, but ambitious organisation, and our newly appointed board members will be key in helping us to deliver exciting, impactful work that connects with audiences in Jersey and beyond.”
