The team at Falles Bagot Road Garage have scooped a Customer Service award.

The recognition came at the Customer Service Awards 2015, in which Falles were placed first in the Best Customer Experience category.

Established five years ago, the Customer Service Awards recognise outstanding customer service across the Channel Islands. Winners are chosen based on votes cast by the public and then assessment by a panel of judges. This year, voters highlighted the exceptional customer service provided by the team at Falles Bagot Road Garage, and the judges agreed.

"Looking after our customers – whether that’s in sales or service – has always been at the very heart of our business," said Craig Seager, Managing Director at Falles.

"I know that the team here prides itself on offering the best possible experience. So we were delighted to discover that our customers have recognised that effort by voting for us in the awards. I am very proud of everyone’s achievement."

Excellence in customer service has been supported in recent years by considerable investment at the Falles Bagot Road Garage site. As well as a complete refurbishment of the main Renault showroom, the company has added new dealerships in the form of Subaru, Isuzu, Dacia and Great Wall.

Mr Seager said: "There has been a lot of change here designed to improve choice and visitor experience. But it would count for much less if customers were not receiving the best possible care and attention from our staff."
