People Management awards launched

Local business professionals are being invited to enter awards that aim to recognise "outstanding achievement by those who are passionate about people management and development."

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Jersey Branch Committee will announce the winners of its 2019 awards at a black tie gala on 2 November.

CIPD say the categories of the awards have been designed "to give everyone the opportunity to enter and be proud of their efforts to make their organisation a better place to work for the best asset for any business - people."

The categories are: 

• Most Successful Diversity & Inclusion Programme
• Best Health & Wellbeing Initiative
• Outstanding HR Professional
• Outstanding Employment Engagement Initiative
• Best Learning and Development Strategy
• Outstanding Student

Nominations close on 16 August.
