Aztec Group Jersey’s Claire Kybett first over finish line

Aztec Group Jersey achieved fantastic individual and relay results in the recent ‘Impetus’ Triathlon which took place at the Olympic rowing venue Eton Dorney Lake in Berkshire, raising money for the Private Equity Foundation.

This year Claire Kybett, Senior Fund Accountant at the Group achieved first place out of all female competitors.

Also taking part was ‘Team Aztec’ comprising of Victoria Rebours, Senior Fund Administrator, who completed the 750m swim, Paul Millar, Associate Director, who managed the fastest cycle on the 21km course and Patricia Boncianowska, Client Relationship Manager, who finished the race with a 5km run. The teams’ performance achieved second place out of a total of 62 teams!

Claire Kybett, Senior Fund Accountant, said: “It was fantastic to represent the Aztec Group and I thoroughly enjoyed the event. To top it off we all finished on the podium too – a great team effort!”

The Triathlon took place at on Saturday, 12 September with the aim to raise essential funding to transform the lives of UK based 11-24 year olds from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The charity ensures they receive the support they need to succeed in education, find and keep jobs, and achieve their highest potential. The event is aimed at private equity and associated industries, encouraging collaboration and inter-industry competition with the purpose of helping to raise much needed awareness for a great cause.
