BCR Law welcomes new partners

Monday 14 January 2019

Three new partners have been appointed at BCR Law.

Advocates Adam Harrison, Michelle Leverington and Emma Wakeling will all head their respective teams.

Criminal and health and safety law specialist Advocate Harrison joined the firm three years ago, having previously worked at another large Jersey law firm.

Advocate Leverington, who was sworn in as an advocate in 2016, heads BCR's conveyancing practice and deals with estate administration, including complex assets such as family-run businesses.

Called to the English Bar in 2009, Advocate Wakeling became a Jersey advocate in 2012. She specialises in family and crminal law, and advises on divorce and the resolution of matters involving finances and children.

Managing Partner David Benest commented: "I am delighted to welcome Adam, Michelle and Emma to partnership. Their collective and diverse talents and expertise ensure that BCR continues to be able to serve our clients as they have come to expect and to develop the firm for the long term."
