BDO Greenlight has appointed former public sector change specialist Alexis Halliday-Santos as a Consultant to work on operational improvement projects.
Ms Halliday-Santors has over 10 years’ experience in human resources and managing change in the public sector, most recently within the States' Health and Social Services Department.
“After a number of years of delivering challenging but successful change projects in the public sector, I thought the time was right for me to experience change myself," she said, adding that she looked forward to working on "some exciting, substantial projects and programmes" with the company.
“The knowledge within BDO Greenlight is profound and I have already learned a great deal from my colleagues, but my background in public-sector change also adds to the breadth and capability of the team, especially as the business develops new services."
BDO Greenlight Director Allam Zia added: “We are delighted to be able to bring Alexis’s varied skillset and experience to BDO Greenlight and our clients. She has a clear passion for delivering improved processes for customers and I have no doubt that our growing client base will appreciate her ability to deliver benefits quickly and effectively.”
