Jersey law firm Benest & Syvret has appointed solicitor Rob Gygax to its experienced matrimonial law team.
Mr Gygax has extensive specialist experience gained in Jersey and the UK, dealing with a range of family law matters including child residence, contact and removal from jurisdiction applications. He also has significant understanding and practical knowledge of dealing with and resolving financial disputes arising from relationship breakdown.
Mr. Gygax gained his LL.B (Hons) law degree from Wolverhampton University, undertook his Legal Practice Course at the University of Northumbria, at Newcastle, and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1997.
