Rebecca McQuillan joined the corporate team in 2014 and has a diverse finance practice, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, fund finance and restructuring.

Jersey-born Bryony Bird, who joined the Jersey corporate team in 2012 before moving to Carey Olsen's London office in 2016, specialises in debt capital markets and structured finance transactions for a range of clients including global financial institutions, private equity firms and issuers.
