Carey Olsen promotes three to senior associate

Law firm Carey Olsen has made three senior promotions across its Jersey and London offices.

Claire Brazenall and Rebecca McQuillan from the Jersey corporate practice and Bryony Bird from the London corporate team have each been promoted to senior associate.

The firm says that Claire Brazenall advises on all aspects of the establishment, regulation and operation of investment funds. She also has considerable experience advising clients on a wide range of restructurings, co-investments and portfolio acquisitions and financings.

Rebecca McQuillan joined the corporate team in 2014 and has a diverse finance practice, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, fund finance and restructuring.

Jersey-born Bryony Bird, who joined the Jersey corporate team in 2012 before moving to Carey Olsen's London office in 2016, specialises in debt capital markets and structured finance transactions for a range of clients including global financial institutions, private equity firms and issuers.

Carey Olsen group managing partner Alex Ohlsson said: "Developing and rewarding talent is a key part of our firm's strategy and I am pleased to congratulate this hugely talented group of lawyers on their promotions which are fully deserved."
