Citywealth accolade for businesswoman

The Group Managing Director of Equiom, Sheila Dean, has received the Editor's Choice Award at the Citywealth International Finance Centre Awards 2014.

Mrs Dean has also been named as a leading trustee in the Citywealth Leaders List 2014. International trust and corporate services provider Equiom has offices in the Isle of Man, Jersey and Malta.

Mrs Dean said:  “It is a great honour to receive the Editors Choice award.  This award would not have been possible without the hard work and determination of the teams across the Equiom business and the partnerships we have with our clients and intermediaries.  I am extremely proud to win this award and am privileged to have an exceptional team to support me.”

The awards were judged by an international panel whose members were drawn from across all private wealth sectors for their knowledge of the relevant jurisdictions. Now in the third year, the awards were established to highlight the excellence of advisors and managers within the private wealth sectors of the major international finance centres.

The Editor of Citywealth, Karen Jones, said the panel looked for innovative and successful individuals who were blazing a trail in the private wealth industry.
