Collas Crill has appointed two new associates to its growing dispute resolution team in Jersey.
Daisy Bovingdon's (left) practice focuses on commercial disputes involving issues of contract and trust law, while Courtney Clelland will undertake a wide range of civil and commercial matters.
Both associates have a background in Scottish law, with Mrs Bovington being previously based in Edinburgh and Mrs Clelland having qualified as as a Scottish solicitor in 2015.
Partner Damian James, who leads the Jersey dispute resolution team, said he was "delighted" to welcome the pair to the team.
“This is an exciting period of growth for us, and the skills that both bring to the firm will complement and strengthen the existing expertise within the team. We are focused on delivering an exceptional service to our clients and these appointments are a testament to that commitment," he commented.
