Collas Crill Jersey has appointed as a new partner in its corporate, finance and funds department.
Specialising in financing transactions for international banks, Matthew Gilley will act for a wide range of Jersey, UK and European financial institutions and senior and mezzanine lenders.
The firm says he has particular expertise in the financing and structuring of commercial real estate transactions and loan portfolio sales and acquisitions as well as fund finance and general banking transactions.
Mr Gilley is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey.
