Collas Crill hires new conveyancing head

Collas Crill has appointed a professional with 30 years' property experience as the new Head of Conveyancing in its Jersey office.

Gavin Renault has managed numerous property teams over the last three decades, acting for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties, and has experience of handling development transactions with borrowers and lenders.

Martin Le Boutillier, Partner and Head of the Jersey property team, said: "[Gavin] joins a team of three dedicated property partners and a strong conveyancing team and will add to the wealth of experience within the property department. Gavin is very well known locally and will help the department grow in its core strategic areas."
