Ogier has appointed a contentious trusts expert as Partner in its local Dispute Resolution team.
Damian Evans, who joined the firm in January 2019, has been involved in some of the leading trust litigation cases in Jersey, including some concerning Tax Information Exchange Agreements and the application of Sovereign Immunity in the context of enforcement of international arbitration awards.
