Crestbridge appoints new head for its London office

Independent trust, fund and corporate service provider Crestbridge has appointed Paul Windsor to the post of Managing Director and head of its London office.

As the new head of Crestbridge’s London office, Mr Windsor will assume responsibility for the firm’s UK-focused business development activity, growth strategy and performance.

Mr Windsor has over 30 years of real estate accounting and tax experience as a partner at specialist firm WSM. He graduated from Aston Business School and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 with international accounting firm KPMG. Mr Windsor is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a regular contributor to journals and specialist magazines.

Graeme McArthur, Chief Executive, Crestbridge, commented: “Paul has played a key role in the success of our London office since its establishment late last year and I’m delighted that he will now head up our team in the City. He carries vast experience and knowledge in the accountancy industry, specifically in the real estate sector, which will undoubtedly prove hugely valuable in providing clients and advisors with convenient access to Crestbridge’s services and support.”

Located at 30 Charles II Street in St. James’, London, Crestbridge’s London office provides real estate administration and accounting services to a wide range of investors from large property and insurance companies to pension funds, boutique private firms and individuals. Crestbridge currently has over US$100bn of assets under administration across multi-jurisdictional structures.
