Heather Tibbo, the Head of Family Office Services at Crestbridge, has been named ‘Woman of the Year – Leadership (Financial Organisation)’ Citywealth.
Ms Tibbo was the only Channel Islands Gold Award winner in the PowerWoman Awards 2018, which aim to champion women in the wealth sector.
Commenting on the recognition, Graeme McArthur, CEO, Crestbridge, said: “I am delighted that Heather’s leadership has been recognised by her peers. Her expertise and professionalism embody the qualities that we value at Crestbridge and being named ‘Woman of the Year’ is a clear reflection of Heather’s hard work and dedication.”
Ms Tibbo added: “I’m thrilled to have won this fantastic accolade and to be recognised amongst an incredibly strong shortlist. I’m very thankful to the judges, to all who voted and to the Crestbridge Family Office Services team. I feel extremely lucky to work in an organisation which has always valued an individual’s contribution, regardless of gender or ethnicity, and I am very proud to sit on a Board with likeminded male and female colleagues where this equality is well represented.”
