Deutsche Bank has strengthened its risk and compliance teams in the Channel Islands by making three senior appointments

Andrew Trachy joins the bank as the Head of Risk Management for Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management in the Channel Islands and Cayman. The compliance team has also increased its presence in Jersey with the appointments of Christine Jervier and Pippa Davidson as senior compliance advisors.

Based in Jersey, Mr Trachy will be responsible for all aspects of operational risk management, risk monitoring and reporting.  With an International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention, he is a member of the International Compliance Association and a Prince2 project management’ registered practitioner.

Ms Jervier will provide primary compliance coverage for the bank’s corporate services, banking and investment divisions in Jersey and act as Deutsche Bank’s money laundering reporting officer.  An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment, and a member of the International Compliance Association, she also holds the international diploma in compliance.

Ms Davidson will be providing primary coverage for compliance related matters in respect of Deutsche Bank’s funds business An honours graduate from Oxford Brookes University, she is a member of the International Compliance Association and holds the international diploma in compliance and certificate in fund administration.
