Equiom makes move into UK with Inverness acquisition

Equiom has announced the acquisition of Eagle Consulting- an Inverness based professional services outsourcing firm.

Equiom’s Global CEO, Sheila Dean said: “The acquisition of Eagle Consulting is an exciting one. The complimentary service lines will both broaden our accountancy offering for clients looking for a more comprehensive, fully managed solution and it will also see us established in a new key region.”

Established in 1997, Eagle Consulting offers services that include, management and statutory accounting, payroll, tax and compliance services, direct debiting and treasury services and is the second largest BACS bureau in the UK.
