UK estate agency Hamptons has partnered with Jersey’s Broadlands in an association aimed at helping high-net-worth buyers looking to move to Jersey.

Hamptons operates in London and the South of the UK, offering sales, property management, corporate services, and valuation property finance among other services.

Roger Trower, CEO of Broadlands in Jersey: "With 90% of all high-net-worth buyers coming from the UK each year we're thrilled to partner with an agent who has such a strong presence across the water.”

He added: “Each year, a total of 20 new residents are permitted to buy on the island and we understand better than anybody that buying and selling in Jersey can sometimes be a tricky process. With years of experience and a full understanding of what it takes to gain residency we're here to make the transition to Jersey as smooth and as straightforward as possible."

Lesley Cairns, Hamptons’ Managing Director, added: "This is an exciting partnership for Hamptons and we welcome the opportunity to help buyers relocate to the beautiful island of Jersey.

“With so few residencies permitted each year, prospective buyers need an experienced agent who can help them navigate the hurdles to gain residency, but also an agent to pair them with the right home.

“Roger and his dedicated team are true experts in their field and we look forward to working closely with a business who share the same core values of quality and service."
