First Names Group has announced the continued expansion of its corporate and institutional service offering with the appointment of Malcolm Macleod as Head of Corporate Services in the Channel Islands.

In his new role, Mr Macleod will focus on developing the Group’s existing business in key sectors such as real estate, capital markets and structured finance.

He will be responsible for the corporate team in the Channel Islands and supported by Client Service Directors, Paula Thompson and by Carol Keenan, a corporate lawyer who joined the business from Elian.

Mr Macleod joins the Group from Capita Asset Services, where he was Head of Corporate Solutions in Jersey, overseeing administration services to a diverse global client base. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant having trained with PwC’s Audit and Business Assurance practice in the UK and Jersey.
