First Names new service line structure

Monday 23 June 2014

Trust fund and corporate services provider First Names Group has restructured to support its on-going expansion programme.

The new operating model has resulted in a number of senior hires and a group-wide recruitment drive with newly appointed Group Service Line Managing Directors heading up the key business sections.

Mark Pesco is the new Group MD for private client, Armin Kirchner, for corporate and institutional, and Mike Lightfoot for leisure services.

The Group CEO at First Names Group, Morgan Jubb, said:  “Our business has completely transformed in the past two years and it’s imperative that we continually assess our operational model to ensure that the growth we are enjoying does not in any way detract from our investment in our people or the quality of service they deliver.

“The service line model supports this and ensures many other things, not least improved communication, governance, risk management and scalability. We are now one of the largest, independent, fully global multi-service professional services providers in the world with close to 600 First Names in 13 locations but we are committed to remaining boutique in our service delivery and creating the best environment for our people, and consequently our clients.”
