Focus HR appoints Jersey Head

Focus HR Solutions has appointed a new Head of its Jersey business.

HR Consultant Helen Myers (pictured top) has over 20 years of international experience, and most recently worked as a HR Business Partner covering the offshore division of a FTSE100 Bank.

Throughout her career, she has worked on change projects, developed employee engagement and reward programmes, and implemented succession strategies.

Her appointment comes after the firm added two HR Consultants to its Guernsey arm: Sarah Savident and John Ioannou-Droushiotis.

This month, it also launched 'Focus On' - a hub providing access to professional HR courses.

Co-founder and Director Katie Bellingham commented: "We are really excited about the future at Focus. By enhancing the team across the Channel Islands and introducing new packages and services to our clients, we are entering into a new chapter for the company, diversifying to meet the needs of employers and their HR challenges."
