JTC has been awarded a STEP Gold Employer Partner accreditation across ten of its jurisdictions, in recognition of its office culture.

JTC was recognised for the strength of the policies, practices and structures it put in place to support its international private wealth offering, along with the opportunities it provides to staff wishing to progress in their career.

The ‘gold’ status has been awarded to JTC, as part of STEP's Employer Partnership Programme (STEP EPP), in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, BVI, Cayman Islands, Switzerland, USA, Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand.

Wendy Holley (pictured), Group Chief Operating Officer, said: “JTC depends on the professional capability of its employees and the success and growth of the business is directly linked to the investment made in professional qualifications. The STEP Gold Employer Partner accreditation will allow enhancements to the personal development of many and we are incredibly proud to have been recognised for our efforts in attaining this accreditation."

Jenni Hutchinson, STEP’s Head of Employer Partnerships, added: “JTC has clearly demonstrated a solid commitment to providing their STEP staff with the best possible learning and development opportunities and, as a result, strengthening the overall financial services industry through high-quality, structured professional development.

“The firm is a fine example of private wealth expertise and employee culture, and is a great addition to STEP’s Employer Partnership Programme."
