This weekend Nicolas Valmanga, Executive Chef at the AA five star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa will take to the Pentagon Stage Kitchen at the ATF Fuels Spring Lifestyle show alongside local forager Kazz Paddidar.
The duo will demonstrate the wide variety of wild plants which can be foraged from around the Island and together will create a delicious dish of Jersey sea vegetables, purple sprouting broccoli, red quinoa salad, piemonte hazelnut and sea water foam.
The event takes place at The Royal Jersey Showgrounds in Trinity, and the demonstration will be staged at 5.30 pm tomorrow, at 2.30 pm on Saturday and at 2.30 pm on Sunday.
