Accolade for Greenhills Hotel

The Greenhills Hotel has been voted the 11th best hotel in the UK in TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards 2020.

The awards aim to recognise hotels that consistently receive outstanding reviews for a range of services including facilities, food and drink, cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

The team was delighted to receive the award as Carmelita Fernandes, the hotel’s General Manager, explained: "To receive such high recognition from the world’s largest travel website is testament to the hard work we all put in throughout the year.

“We strive to make every one of our guests’ stays memorable. The fantastic feedback we receive on TripAdvisor, plus awards like this one, are a constant source of motivation for myself and the team.

"According to TripAdvisor, 96% of our guests rate their experience ‘very good’ to ‘excellent’. That’s a fantastic number, but until that figure reaches 100% we’ve still got work to do. Bring on the 2021 season!”

Managing Director David Seymour added: “Investment in the Greenhills has been significant over the last few years, creating intimate spaces, charming and comfortable bedrooms and wonderful dining areas, all adds our guest experience, and the positive feedback we’re receiving shows they’re having the desired effect.

“Congratulations to all our team at The Greenhills, and to the other Jersey hoteliers who also excelled in their respective categories. Jersey’s reputation as a fantastic holiday destination continues to grow and we can all be very proud of the job we’re doing as accommodation providers.”
