Specialist Lloyd's of London insurance broker, Bennett Gould & Partners Ltd has acquired Advantage Underwriting Limited's "book of UK business" subject to regulatory approval.
Advantage Underwriting Limited is part of the Vantage Group of Companies.
Richard Packman, CEO of Vantage Group said the decision to sell was part of Vantage’s strategic plan to grow its Channel Island businesses.
Giles Dalby, Director of Advantage Underwriting Limited, commented: “We are delighted to have found a home for our book of business and Bennett Gould are a perfect match for our network of brokers and their clients.”
Adrian Gyde, Managing Director of Bennett Gould and Partners said: “The Advantage Underwriting book is a natural fit for our business and helps us cement and extend our relationships with brokers throughout the UK.”
