JCAP Treasury Services appoint regulatory specialist from the JFSC

JCAP, an independent Jersey-based team of finance consultants, have appointed Peter Scriven as a Treasury and Regulatory Specialist.

Mr Scriven has worked in the banking and investment industry since 1994, spending the majority of his career at Barclays in Jersey and UBS in Jersey and Geneva, before joining the Jersey Financial Services Commission in 2009 as a Supervision Manager.

Prior to leaving the commission, Mr Scriven undertook onsite examinations to regulated businesses assessing the safeguarding of client money.

Mr Scriven will further strengthen the JCAP team by being involved in all day to day JCAP business, paying particular attention to helping clients manage bank risk.  He will also be working alongside clients to provide support and assistance in general financial and regulatory matters.
