Justin Maloney, a global equity fund manager at Melville Douglas, has been named by Citywire as one of the top global equity fund managers in South Africa.
Mr Maloney, who is based in Jersey, has been a manager of the Melville Douglas Global Equity Fund since 2014. He has over two decades of investment experience as a global equity fund manager in London and Jersey.
Mr Maloney said: “I am humbled by the ranking, especially as it could not have been achieved without the contributions from the rest of the investment team. It is pleasing Citywire recognises that our fund not only delivered top quartile performance over the past one, three and five years but it did so without taking significant risk.
