Jersey has once again been crowned ‘International Financial Centre (IFC) of the Year’ at the annual Citywealth IFC Awards.
Judged by an international panel, The awards aim to highlight the excellence among advisers and managers in the private wealth sector across major IFCs.
The 2024 iteration marked the eleventh time Jersey had won the accolade.
Jersey Finance's Director in London, Robert Moore, accepted the award at the ceremony, which took place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel St Paul's in London on 24 January.
"Jersey has been a leading international finance centre for more than 60 years. Thanks to its forward-thinking approach and collective experience and talent pool, Jersey is at the forefront of financial services including banking, corporate services, funds, capital markets structuring, investment management and private wealth," Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Jersey Finance, commented.
"Our long-term success in awards like this recognises our ability to deliver consistently as a world-leading jurisdiction, thanks to our resilience and adaptability, and our innovation in growing areas such as fintech and sustainable finance."
