A new boutique law firm with a focus on wealth structuring and estate planning for both local and international clients has opened.
Nicolle Marshall LLP has been founded by Advocates Clare Nicolle and Nick Marshall with the aim of "providing high quality, jargon-free advice tailored to the needs of its individual and corporate clients".
Advocate Nicolle has a wealth of experience advising on wills and estate planning and capacity matters and is currently the Chair of the Law Society's Sub-Committee on Succession and Capacity matters.
She is joined by Sarah Hope and Kirsten Rowe, who have worked together with Advocate Nicolle for eight years.
Advocate Marshall has significant experience advising on Jersey law private wealth structures and on a wide range of company and commercial matters, employee incentive arrangements and charities law.
He said: "We are excited to be opening the doors to Nicolle Marshall LLP and welcoming clients old and new.
"We believe there is a gap in the market for a niche practice offering responsive, pragmatic and fairly-priced advice, and look forward to building long-lasting relationships with individual and corporate clients, both locally and further afield."
Nicolle Marshall LLP is located in De Carteret House on Castle Street, St Helier.
